Business English language total immersion courses
Example of a typical day
Formal lessons start after breakfast, usually with Celia who specialises in functional English for telephoning, presenting, emailing, negotiating and socialising – intonation and pronunciation.
There is a break for coffee and Gail will take over with a focus, for example, on grammatical structures and English tenses.
After lunch clients can either take further lessons if they wish, or they can enjoy a trip to the local village, a cycle ride by the sea, or visit a local historic castle, museum or gallery - always accompanied by their hosts or teacher - and always speaking English!
There is usually a period of rest and private study before dinner. After dinner, students relax with the family, watch television and discuss the day. A popular evening outing - and opportunity to meet new people - is a visit to the English pub.
The programme of total immersion in the English language has dramatic results and clients are delighted with the progress they are able to make through using this total immersion method of living and using the language.
